Hi
I configured the CME on the Cisco 2800 and it works
But now I need to configure these two operations
1. When the user does not want to disturb or is out of ofice, all calls are automatically transferred to another user B (the number of User B must be configured manually, and this configuration can be deleted or changed manually by each user if needed)
2. When the user receives a call, if the phone rings 3 times and he does not answer, the call is automatically forwaded to the user B, then if the user B phone rings 3 times and he does not answer, the call is automatically forwaded to the user C, then if the user C phone rings 3 times and he does not answer, the call is automatically forwaded to the user A (the first original user when the call was intended)
Thank you for the help

Hi,
From your config
!
!
ephone-hunt 1 sequential
pilot 8101
list 8101, 8114, 8111, 8101
!
!
ephone-hunt 2 sequential
pilot 8000
list 8100, 8114, 8111, 8100
!
ephone-dn 2 dual-line
number 8101
?????
You must use distinct DNs for your PILOTS
8101 can not belong to an ephone-dn and a hunt group.

Hi,
Again from your config
!
ephone-dn 80 dual-line
number 8100
label standard
name standard
call-forward busy 6000
call-forward noan 6000 timeout 10
!
So this is button 80
Your 7931 has no mention of button 80
!
ephone 2
mac-address 3302.4784.FD78
type 7931
button 2:81 3:84
!
May be change this to :-
!
!
ephone 2
mac-address 3302.4784.FD78
type 7931
button 1:80 2:81 3:84
!
And reset phone
Also have you built a mailbox on CUE for 8100
Regards
Alex
