Hi
I configured the CME on the Cisco 2800 and it works
But now I need to configure these two operations
1. When the user does not want to disturb or is out of ofice, all calls are automatically transferred to another user B (the number of User B must be configured manually, and this configuration can be deleted or changed manually by each user if needed)
2. When the user receives a call, if the phone rings 3 times and he does not answer, the call is automatically forwaded to the user B, then if the user B phone rings 3 times and he does not answer, the call is automatically forwaded to the user C, then if the user C phone rings 3 times and he does not answer, the call is automatically forwaded to the user A (the first original user when the call was intended)

CASE 2. When the user 6100 receives a call, if the phone rings 3 times and user 6100 does not answer, the call is automatically transfered to the user 6127, then if the user 6127 phone rings 3 times and he does not answer, the call is automatically transfered to the user 6117, then if the user 6117 phone rings 3 times and he does not answer, the call is automatically forwaded to the user 6100 (the first original user when the call was intended)
so in CASE2, the cal is transfered after 3 ring without answer

Please If I need (in the case2) the call to be forwaded in the 6100 mail boxe if there is no answer what is the good configuration

e.g.
final 6666 ( if that was the vmail number)

I configured manually call foward (cfwdall) on 7961 ip phone (I would like to note that this phone 6100 is installed at the hotline and receive directly all PSTN incominm call)
- only calls coming from internal (local) user are automatically forwaded
- Incoming calls coming from (outside) PSTN line are not forwaded
2. FOR A COMPLEX FORWARD USE A HUNT GROUP
- only calls coming from internal (local) user are forwaded
- Incoming calls coming from (outside) PSTN line are not forwaded

I need to call the sequential forward with two lists below
list 8101, 8114, 8111, 8101
list 8100, 8114, 8111, 8100
I configured but it doesnt work
2.
The number 8100 does not receive call
When calling this number you get this message: There Is No mailbox associated with this extension
How to fixe it ?
3.
The display screen of phone number 8100 (phone 7931) does not seem normal
Here's what it displays:

It is impossible to make call in " hand free" on this phone, to call, you must pick up the phone or press "new call" to get the dial tone and call normally. In addition when you call, the caller phone displays this : "zain from 281" which is not normal, it should show "from 8100". It look like he confuse the line
how to solve it, How to use automaticaly the line 8100 for internal call
4. I want that all incoming call on the two external gsm lines (dafone zain) ring directly on the 8100 phone, now they ring on the 8101
How to change it to ring on 8100
Can you help me with these four configurations
