configure call fowarding

Assuming you are using CUCM, you can simply configure call forward all for the receptionist extension 82131300 to the number you want and remove it when needed. If you want to forward the call to a group of users in the facility department, then you could use a hunt pilot, add all necessary extensions in it and use it as the call forward number.

Why not educate her to do it herself on the phone when she is away using the call forward softkey ? She can remove it herself first thing when she is back.

You can do the same on her line through the web admin -
