configure Plar on 3951 connected to CME system

Hello ,

Is it possible to configure Plar on a phone connected to CME system

ie as soon as the phone goes off hook it should dial some other number.

The type of phone is 3951.

For SIP phones this would not be available, for skinny phones you can try "trunk " under ephone-dn

i.e:

ephone-dn  16
number 1000
trunk 6517
