Ovh advocate that:
- SIP ALG must be desactivated
- UDP session must be at least to 80 secondes.
- Trafic for networks 91.121.128.0/24 and 91.121.129.0/24 must be authorized on ports UDP/5060 - 5062 and 5080 and the range UDP from 30000 to 40000 also.
- Expiration time for phone's registering must be configured to 1800 secondes.
All are Ovh recommandations.
Check the usename/password and the domain name that Ovh gave you.
On your box if you have configured your fiewall....take care and check you rules.

After modification, SIP messages sent and Recv increase.
Line 1 (Ext1) is status Failed but don't understand why ?

The hostname biginning with SEPxxxx
The xxxx is the good.mac address?

Hi,
That's work fine !
What I do : factory reset & simple chack all parameters & adding the sip username and password and..... I'm disapointed but the phone works immediately.
I Think the phone was not a "new phone" but a "repackaging" with bad configuration.
A BIG BIG THANKS to M02@rt37 for help.
Phone support for Cisco doesn't help me :(
