Configuring CISCO Phone CP-8841-3PCC-K9 V10 on a Cloud PBX

Hello,

I am attempting to configure our CISCO Phones CP-8841-3PCC-K9 V10 and CP-6851-3PCC-K9 V04 for Easybell.de's Cloud PBX service. They have provided us with SIP Registrar pbx.easybell.de, a username, and password.

Upon switching from Placetel, I initiated a factory reset on the phones. However, after the reset, the phone prompts me for an Activation Code. When I access the web interface and log in to the advanced admin menu, I am unable to locate where to input the registrar and credentials. Could someone please advise on how to proceed?
