Configuring Meetme Conferencing For Voice Register Global

So I have a 4321 router configured with CME version 10.5. I currently have eight DTD-8841-02 sip phones registered under voice register global. I’m having trouble figuring out how to setup Meetme conferencing for voice register global. Online I can only seem to find configurations for SCCP’s telephony-service.

Can anyone provide any assistance by pointing me in the right direction?

Have you configured meet-me as per the CME admin guide and tried it with those phones?

The "basic" config is the following:

enable
configure terminal
ephone-dn dn-tag octo-line
number number [ secondary number] [ no-reg [ both | primary]]
Enter one of the following commands:
conference ad-hoc
conference meetme
preference preference-order [ secondary secondary-order]
no huntstop[ channel]
