Configuring Poly G7500 with CUCM

I am trying to register a PolyG7500 and my 12.5.1 CUCM server and am having a problem getting it to register and wondering if anyone has gotten this to work.

I have my CUCM user created:

and have the Third Party SIP device configured in CUCM:

Here are the settings that I have configured on the G7500:

I have check my digest user password many times, but the device isn't registering with CUCM.  Hoping someone might be able to share their experience with this and assist.

Hello,

In order to register your G7500 on cucm you just need to add "line_number@ip_of_cucm".

For example in your situation :  Sign in Address :  3101@10.200.0.11.

And i don't know if you have your certificates in order you could user TLS as transport protocol.Or else just TCP.
