connecting problem of Cisco Unified SIP Phone CP-3905

Hello,

I'm configure the SIP phone CP-3905 , I have configure seval phone with IP address,mask and default router , but always stay states "Unprovisioned" , no dial tone, Someone can help ?

I see that the "Active Server/Standby Server" maybe need configure but cannot found where to be configure it .

no, I have use Brekeke sip server ,Now I have successful registered the phone to the server via the con.xml as attached , but cannot dial number to the peer phone , The busy tone appear when dial a number ,I guess need dial plan file , Do you have dial plan xml ?
