consult transfer issue

Hi all,

 

I have a CME connecting to SIP ITSP for routing PSTN Calls. When the PSTN caller call the SCCP internal extension and the internal extension do a consult transfer , it is not working. however, blind transfer is working. Consult transfer is working for internal call to transfer the call to another internal extension. Please help.

 

The dialpeer that matched the incoming PSTN call is as belows:-

Hi,

 

Are your ephones configured as dual lines? if not can you delete the ephones involved from CME and recreate it with dual-line mode and see if it makes a difference.

 

instead of:  ephone-dn
use:  "ephone-dn dual-line" when creating the ephone.
