Nowadays working from home is becoming a trend. Some of the contact centers want to implement work from home for their employees like once a week. One of the major concerns is call recording over vpn. Will call recording over vpn have a lot of issues since qos is not available in our vpn network. Also the route of the traffic is not stable.. We are going to server recording as well.. or do we need network recording?
