Corporate Directory Cisco IP Phone 3905

Hi all,

Our customer have CUCM 8.6.2.20000-2 and 3905 IP Phones registered correctly, however this phone don't show the corporate directory..

Note: I create the end user and associate the phone and also in the extension.

Any idea why the SIP phone don't show the corporate directory ?

Are you, asking if this phone does not a have a Corporate directory option or others are not able to see this IP Phone 3905 users in corporate Directory ?

Note: this Phone model does not have Directory option in it

Thanks for your reply, according to your note:

Is there any option to supply this issue in 3905 Ip phones like firmware upgrade or similar?

I need that this phone shows the corporate directory on it.

Note: Phones like 7942, 7911 works ok and corporate directory on this phones also show the users of 3905 phones.

The corporate directory is hosted Not external Url or LDAP implemented.

Hi Christian,

This phone is designed just to meet the very basic functionalities, this is an entry level IP Phone which replaces the Analog phone and is a cost effective solution. The Directory feature is available only from CCMUSER page. (https://:8443/ccmuser). As of now there is no way you can get this feature on Cisco 3905 SIP IP Phone.

And regarding the 7900 series phones, the phone is build to support the Corporate Directory feature and also XML applications.
