Corporate directory in cisco 7821

Hello ,

I Have issue with cisco 7821 .

when I open corporate directory I got eroor "host not found"

In cisco 7962 it is wroking .

my version of cucm 8.6.2.

I Installed device package for CUCM in order used 7821.

my version of phone 10-3-1-12.
