Corporate Directory Problem ver CCM ver 7

Hi

I have CCM ver 7 , once i go to phone then go to Directory Button then go to Corporate Directry , is showing me Directly error " Error , contact administrator " , note this problem on all phones .

please can you help me ASAP

Check if you are using IP Address in your Server field, instead of hostname.

I changed every hostname to IP address in URL directory and others and still the same problem " error , contact administrator "
