Hi,
We have an ICT connecting CCM 6.X and 4.X, the ICT trunks are in route group --> route list ---> route pattern, the location is configured with unlimited bandwidth, but we are recieving the alert " the server could not find available route in routelist ".

How many CUCM servers do you have on each side? Are all the servers referenced by ICTs and CM groups applied via device pool to the ICT match on both sides?

Hope you are doing good, the call managers are referred via ICT, and the device pool of ICT contains the referenced call managers, but the order of CUCM are differnet in CM group and ICT trunk configuration page, will this cause issue.
