Hi, i have a cp-7821 configures with last firmware release, and registered with a asterisk PBX, but i don't see a option to enable the missed call notification on the phone display.

what is the software version on the phone?

Hi, the version is the sip78xx.12-5-1SR2-2, there is no "Recent" Button on the screen.
