Hi Janette,

Can you elaborate on you Problem description and specific requirements.

JB

Thanks for responding so quickly, for now I'm reviewing the framware on my phone.

Sure Janette, downgrade the FW and issue will get resolved then.

Since you have not mentioned whether you are using CM or CME there hence I am assuming it is CME. Please make a note of the below defect that is there on the 7821 phones running on FW 11-0-1-11. Try downgrading the FW to 10-3-1 and the features should work then

Below are few threads for the same issue

You are right!!

I am using CME and i have fw 11-0-1-11 on my phone, let me check this solution and I'll let you know if I was resolved.

Thank you for your quick response.

Hi,

Sorry I am inexperienced to do that, I've been trying to update the fw, but I could not.

this is my configuration on my voice register

voice register global
mode cme
source-address xx.xx.xx.xx port 5060
max-dn 200
max-pool 100
load 7821 sip78xx.10-1-1SR1-4.loads
load 7841 sip78xx.10-1-1SR1-4.loads
timezone 8
date-format D/M/Y
hold-alert
tftp-path flash:
file text
create profile sync 0036102033480112
!

I put my phone to factory mode, but does not load the fw 10-1-1.

how i can do that? :(

The process what you are doing there is correct however these new phone models such as 7821, 7841 do not allow the FW downgrade to release earlier than 10.3(1). This is the reason I advised you to downgrade to that only instead of 10.1.1 SR1, try doing that and it will work then. This is also mentioned in below document under Hardware Updates section
