CP-7821 with Asterisk (error verifying Config info. )

I am trying to use CP-7821 with SIP-78xx.12-5-1SR2-2 firmware and freePBX.  I got status messages error verifying Config info.

The value of "4" is incorrect.  It's either 1 (TCP), 2 (UDP) or 3 (TLS). 

The value will also need to match the extension settings in FreePBX.
