CP-7965G missing Softkey

I have several Cisco 7965G phones with a single Sidecar installed.

Firmware Load SCCP45.9-4-2SR3-1S

Running CallManager 10.5.2.12901-1

This never happens on 7965G phone that do not have a sidecar.

Randomly when the user answers their second Line DN the Hold and Transfer Softkey disappears.

This never happens on their primary DN

I have up-dated the code on the phone and deleted the TTL file several times

Still no luck

Any help would be appreciative?

Hi,

I did a couple of research and it looks to be a defect. Have a look at this : CSCve35724

You can try the workarounds :

- Press line button twice for softkeys to return.

- Downgrade to 9.4(2)SR1.

- Set "Auto Call Select" to "Disabled" at the phone level
