kindly note that i configure my extension and its showing pingable from the call manager as shown in the attachment. but it's still showing unknown and i can't register the phone. please find the attachment and clear my issue

Have you checked that your phone gets information for a TFTP server with option 150 from the DHCP scope? If it does have you checked that there are no old ITL data on the phone so that it doesn’t trust your CM system? What do you see on the device itself, have you checked the status messages on it?

Good Day!
Kindly note that after we were getting the activation page when I started the phone for the first time. then un provision phone 2 days ago. Today the phone is started and written on the screen detecting network then it turns off and it keeps restarting. ( Starting > detecting network > turnoff ) attached.

You will have more infromations from the phone status message.
You can access the phone status by following below steps.
Step 1 |
To display the Status menu, press Applications
. |
Step 2 |
Select Admin settings > Status. |
Step 3 |
To exit the Status menu, press Exit. |
As @Roger Kallberg mentioned check the TFTP information on the phone and if not available check the option 150 on DHCP server.
