CP-8841 call dialog obscures BLF labels

The active call dialog/popup occupies 80% of the screen, thereby obscuring the view of the BLF labels underneath. See attached photo of the problem.

Is there a way to disable this needless dialog or reduce its size?

I don't understand why it needs to be so large when it has so little information displayed on it.

There is no way of reducing the screen size. 

What firmware are you running?

The latest, 11.3.7

Unfortunately there is no way of resizing the pop up itself, but when in an active call, if you press the active line key, the pop up will disappear.

I was hoping for a configuration setting that would eliminate it entirely.

Is there another desk phone family that is more configurable?
