Dear,
We are facing a problem with Cisco IP Phone 8851. The phone is working normally but the handset is not. We tried with another handset but the problem remains. Are there any solutions to this?

If it is a single device I’d recommend you to RMA it. However if there are multiple devices affected I’ll recommend reaching out to TAC for assistance.
