CP7925G Settings Grayed Out

So, I have a 7925G that even after a factory default (Settings -> Phone Settings -> **2), the options other than the Phone Settings are grayed out. I've have tried even connecting to it through USB on Windows 7 with the drivers to no avail. Wondering if anyone has seen this issue before and would be able to lead me in the right direction.

Attached is a picture of the phone with the settings grayed out.

Can you check the Settings Access option under Product Specific Configuration Layout on the phone page. Please make sure that it should be set to Enabled.

That is unfortunately the issue here. The phone is in a default state with nothing configured. While connecting the phone through USB to Windows 7. The LAN connections pops-up. I set the ip to 192.168.1.101 and try to access https://192.168.1.100, but nothing comes up.

Did you find a solution? We are facing the same issue here and we didn't find how to solve it as it seems to be stuck.

At the end we had to RMA the phone.
