Create custom ldap filter

Hi all , 

I want to create new custom filter , the only thing I want to change is the home phone number . I don't wish Cucm to import this attribute .

Please look at the attached picture , the fillter suppose to import all other attributes  normaly exept home phone number. 

How can I do it ?

I don't think you understand how this works, filters will not change any of the data you're importing (nor prevent it from syncing), filters are only meant to be used in order to match certain criteria, and only import the users that meet such criteria.
