Creating Idle URL Logo(Screen Saver) for 9971/8961 Phone

I'm unable to locate the procedure for Idle Background (Screen Saver) for 9971/8961 Ip Phones.

Has someone tried it before , can share their experience & the step to be followed to achieve it.

Also has someone tried to have a Idle Background for IP Phone which is moving or changing like the once for Screen saver in the PC with Windows OS.

(2) regarding your question to Idle background which is moving and you can set the screen saver timings for it...
