Hi

New install of CUCM 10.5.2 and Unity Connection 10.5.2.  Integrated them via SCCP, VM ports are registered but CTI route point is not registered.  I went back through my configuration with the integration document from CCO, but cannot see anything wrong...........

Any help appreciated

Not sure what you're trying to do there but CTI route points don't register with Unity Connection.

So the Voicemail Pilot Number should point to a Hunt Pilot which contains all the CTI ports for the Connection server.

I'm guessing you have pointed the Voicemail pilot at the CTI Route Point.

M.batts is correct CTI RPs never registered with UCXN, neither do voicemail pilots, etc. If the CTI RP is used to forward users directly to voicemails or to point to call handler just call it to see if it works.

Oh - yeah, I guess that only CTI enabled devices will cause the CTI RP to register........

Main problem is that when I dial the RP for VM, I get an engaged/rerorder tone

Is the DN on the CTI RP Set to forward all to voicemail?

Thanks all - it was a CSS issue.  I hate it when I focus on the wrong probable root cause......
