CTI route point

Hi,

I have CUCM version 8.5 and UCCX 8.5.

I'm configuring CTI route point for UCCX call flow.

I configured XXXX as CTI route point in CUCM.
internally user will dial XXXX to reach UCCX application.
PSTN users will dial 1234XXXX to reach the same application.

My doubt is if both VOIP and PSTN call for CTI route point XXXX reaches the same CTI route point XXXX is any illegal issue?

Because in india VOIP and PSTN call should not mix.

else 'll I configure CTI route point XXXX as 2 DN (2 line)one for VOIP and another for PSTN. that case in agent phone can be confgured with only one IPCC line.

please clarify my doubts.

What do you mean by "Because in india VOIP and PSTN call should not mix"?

Hi

So you need to make sure that you can create more than CTI RP (one for PSTN , One for internal) for one application , or what you need to ask ?. Can you please give more details .

Thank you

best to use logical partitioning due to VOIP and PSTN in India. You can assign internal, external settings to the CTI points
