I'm looking at the CDR report but can't understand all the details. where can i find supporting documents for the CDR report explanation?
I also noticed that if call wasn't answered, it is not logged in CDR. how can i monitor when call jump to another member in line group?

Enable CDR to log calls with zero duration

Just change the "CDR Log Calls with Zero Duration Flag" to True.
