We have an end user that has Cisco Attendant Console Standard ver. 12 that is no longer able to sign-on. We upgraded the OS from Windows 7 64 to Windows 10 64. I believe the issue is with the TSP driver on the client machine, can anyone provide a link to the documentation that explains how to install/re-install the TSP driver on the client computer? Your assistance would be greatly appreciated.
