Hi,
i have CUBE sip trunk to PBX (lnternal side) and sip trunk to SBC (provider), i have configure CUBE, and outgoing call from PBX succeed.
but incoming from provider failed, i look into pbx and found (use wireshark) the cube has sent invite to pbx, called number from provider translated into extention 100, BUT after sent invite, CUBE also sent request cancel, then call failed.
cube is 172.16.20.249 and pbx is 172.16.20.252
please advise

However PBX sends the call back to the CUBE

The call then goes into a loop.
Please check your PBX configuration. Why is the PBX sending calls for this extension back to the CUBE gateway?
