Hi,

If  I want use cube functionality , the SP has to support VOIP ? 

Let's say I have remote site , can reach service provider network , Cube will help?

Cube is practically and IP-to-IP gateway. If you have a SIP trunk to your provider, then CUBE will help you.

Cube is not needed there because you do not have two IP call legs.
