Dears,
When someone calls from outside the call will be forwarded to an AA configured on a CUC
The AA will ask to dial the required extension, when the caller dial an extensioned not under a user in the Cisco unity the call will not be transfered
I tried with the restirction table but the same problem
Any idea about this problem
Thanks

Hi,
You need to configure your restriction tables to allow calls to non VM enabled users.
You may also need to configure the "allow transfer to non voicemail users" on the greetings page of the Call Handler

Hi,
by default unity connection allow calls for its contacts (users who have voicemailbox)
to bypass that, you need to do the below:
On the Default System Transfer Restriction Table, when I want to transfer to extensions
for example extensions begin with 8 but are not part of Unity Connection you need to set;
8???* - Allow
If it was numbers that begin with 5 it would be;
5???* - Allow

Does the CSS for the integration allows you to reach those DNs exactly as you're dialing them in CUC??

Thanks Jaime
It's allowed already
