Hello,
I have CUC 10.5x cluster & default CUC message aging policy has been apllied for all users. But I can see some of the users have old messages.
It seems message aging policy is not functioning properly,
Please advise.

Have you checked the ntp sync for all nodes in the cluster and their time zones.

Yes time is correct in all nodes
