I have a unique issue i can't seem to figure out. I have a site (JB) that cant dial the CUC pilot. The CM logs show Call Rejected. When i use DNA, it shows route this pattern like its fine. I have multiple sites with hundreds of users, This is the only site that is acting up as far as i know.
Just some checks, I verified the local call manager server is in CUC port group. Verified the CSS is correct and all partitions are there. Verified the Device pool is using the CSS. Verified the SIP Trunk is connected between the Pub and CUC. nothing is showing me a block but there is something I'm missing.
Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
