In a non Cluster environment should this service be disabled so the Alert isn't always displayed?
If so I'm not sure how to disable a service in the CLI.

Hi Chad,
Doesn't RTMT identify the actual service (it should show something after telling you that it's down) as the example below ;
Unity Connection Service status is DOWN. Connection Database Proxy.
Could be any of the services from the link below, but we'd need to know which one.

This is the Alert text:
Service operational status is DOWN.
Connection Serviceability.
In the CLI the service "Connection Serviceability" shows as down.

Hi Chad,
Can you actually access Serviceability?? Maybe you can try;
utils service start Connection Serviceability

No it can't be accessed directly via CLI.
I think is can be disabled or deactivated through the CLI though.

Hi Chad,
You are most correct, it can be disabled via cli. Did you try via web to see if you have access and if not did you try to start using the utils cli method I mentioned above?;
