Solved: OK. Many thanks. TAC case now

Hi,

I am in need of help with the following please.

CUC active version: 10.5.2.13900-12

inactive partition has: UCSInstall_UCOS_11.0.1.22900-14.sgn.iso

I get the following error when I attenpt to switch versions:

'Only one entry found in /grub/boot/grub/grub.conf. Cannot swap grub entries Failed to Switch Version and Restart the Appliance'

Please help. Customer is expecting the upgrade by tomorrow.

Was the upgrade successful?? If a cluster, was it successful on both servers??

If this is a time sensitive matter, and this is a production system, you should be opening a TAC.
