CUCI Lync - Mobile Connect

We are using CUCM 8.5.1 and CUCILync 8.5.2

Each end-user owns a shared line with:
1 User_Device_Profile logged on a physical Cisco Ip Phone
1 Remote_Destination_Profile + 1 Remote_Destination to mobile phone
1 CSframework CUCILync phone

When calling the shared line number from Mobile Connect Enterprise Features Access via a H323 gateway and when CUCILync is controlling the soft phone (framework phone) CUCILync states reflects the real busy line state: that's ok.

But the same call with CUCILync controlling the hard phone (in fact the User Device Profile loggued on the hard phone) CUCILync reflects idle state.

All other call types to that line (internal call from other IP Phones or PSTN DID calls through the same gateway) with CUCILync controlling the hard phone work well.


So that the issue seems to be tied to "Enterprise Feature Access".

Does anyone know an issue or restriction with thoose features.

Hi Richard,

I actually wanted your help. I am not able to get the client services framework phone to register with the CUCM. Can you help in this regard. As a result, the softphone is disabled.
