Hi,
CUCM Version: 10.5.2.12901-1
Our MOH is playing continuously even if it is set as Unicast.
Is this a new behavior on 10.5.2.12901-1?
Is there a known bug on this?
I see that there is a previous discussion and a bug details but this is about the "Play Continuously check box".

Your response is highly appreciated. Thank you.

Hi,
The same bug would apply as it says - The documentation for the field can safely be ignored for CUCM 9.0 and later. Basically CUCM 9.X and above will always play MoH audio sources continuously in order of all parties to receive MoH.

Thanks for the reply, Manish! Have a good day! :)

Hello, any news on this, because continuously in a que make not really sense. Unicast, so start at the beginning for each User are "basics" function in a que.
Cisco is working on that?
Cheers Armin

Unfortunately roadmap questions cannot be addressed at CSC, you would need to post in a partner community, or reach your SE/AM for this.

Hi Jaime, Roadmap? QUE HP is since CUCM 9.0. A not in time QUE announcement ist the same like a car w/o tires. Also the initial Announcement in the QUE is not in time.
It is in 100% not useabel for Queueing. Question is, who should use this?
It is a BUG Topic, not a Roadmap Topic. Roadmap Topic was it in 9.0. Today we have 10.5 or 11.0.

"Unicast audio sources will now always repeat as long as anyone is on hold. About 10 seconds after the last held device is removed from MOH, the MOH source will "stop" and the next held device will hear MOH from the beginning."
How come it is only 5 sec on our setup ( version 11 ) - and where to set this timer ?
