I have a 8811 with the Akkadian console. I am running enhanced line and I have a speed dial on key 6. The issue is when a call comes in the user trys to transfer to another device and before she can complete the transfer another call comes in and interrupts the transfer. How can I stop this behaviour? The speed dial is okay on button 6 due to the fact I am running Enhanced Line mode. If I leave the default then I would have to worry about the right hand buttons running sessions.
Has anyone seen this or have any ideas. There are some features on the 8800 that may help but since this is a Hospital I cant reboot phone at will.
