CUCM 11.5 and IP Phone 7821 Issues

Dear All, 

I hope all of you are doing well.

In my organization, we have CUCM version 11.5 installed, along with 250 Cisco 7821 IP Phones that have been configured since 2018. Unfortunately, we are currently facing issues with the IP Phones, and the following problems are occurring most frequently:

  1. 1. One of the IP Phones is making calls automatically without any user dialing.
  2. 2. The cradle of the IP Phone is not working properly when dialing and receiving calls. Users have to press the Soft Answer key or dialing key to make and receive calls.
  3. 3. Calls can only be made through the open speaker/microphone, as there is no sound in the handset when dialing or receiving a call.

 

Moreover, I have five modules in my UCM 11.5 i.e.

  1. Cisco Unified Reporting
  2. Cisco Unified CM Administration
  3. Disaster Recovery System
  4. Cisco Unified Serviceability 
  5. Cisco Unified OS Administration

But i could not login into module one i.e. Cisco Unified Reporting. Also i can not change the role of any users.

If any of you do know about these problem, then please share with me the solutions of it.
