Hi,
Our new CUCM phone system has all DN's configured as full E164 numbers. \+61XXXXXXXXX, etc. Users are complaining because the selected DN displayed on the top of the idle 8841 phone is also in this format.
What is the best way to change the format the DN number is displayed as without changing the DN?

Edit: 8841 was used as an example. This is occurring on all phone types.

All you would need to do is change the external phone number mask on the line configuration.
and change it into something that would make more sense to your users,
It also changes the caller ID that is presented to PSTN, so its potentially not just a cosmetic change.
test it out on a single phone first.
