CUCM 11.5 PUB can not login using CLI

I am facing an issue for login in CUCM PUB OS Admin on CLI, while logging in as I am giving the username and password, it shutdown the putty. I am able to login CUCM PUB OS admin GUI. Able to login CUCM sub using CLI and GUI.

I have CUCM 11.5 version and not able to login using CLI. Can u please help me to resolve this issue.

 CUCM PUB Not able to login using   console , GUI, CLI.

CUCM Version:11.5.1.10000-6

also PLM is not synchronizing

Are you absolutely sure you have the right credentials?

Have you tried resetting the password?

Yes I am sure I have correct login details.

I am able to login only administration cucm pub . 

Not able to os admin GUI and cli, cucm console.

I have cucm sub and I am using same login details and able to login.

Getting Access denied.

I didn't try to reset password.
