I am working with CUCM 12.5 and I am troubleshooting SSM Satellite communications, I am attempting to restart the Cisco Smart License Server, but the GUI says "No, you can't" and he CLI says "No you can't".
Is there is a way to restart the Smart License Service in Call Manager 12.5+ ?
