CUCM 12.5 Route Patterns Issue.

Hello Dear,

I have 2 line for outside calling.

1. IPTSP

2. PSTN.

I need to configure Route Patterns as below :

Format 1: For all call going to IPTSP to direct (Patterns .!) is working.

Format 2 : Need to all call going to PSTN before dialing (Patterns 9.) not working.

How i need to configure to work both formula.

Please help to configure the CUCM.

Format 2 : Need to all call going to PSTN before dialing (Patterns 9.) not working. Did you  removed extra 9 before sending to PSTN. if not you can removed  it from route pattern or  from gateway(depending on gateway protocol). To do it from route pattern, use predot on Route pattern Called Party Transfomation.
