CUCM 12.5 - WARNING: DNS unreachable

Hey,

i have weird issue in my environment, when i configure the DNS of the customer i getting error of "WARNING: DNS unreachable"

i check that all the A record and the PTR that configure on the DNS side and its look ok.

after i not found any problem i run diagnose test on the server and i see that i see validate_network problem "Reverse DNS lookup mismatch" , i check again the PTR and its seems ok to me.

i run another test of all the nodes in the dns:

admin:utils network host 10.69.1.3

Local Resolution:
10.69.1.3 resolves locally to DOR-CUCM-SUB1.localdor.com

External Resolution:
3.1.69.10.in-addr.arpa domain name pointer dor-cucm-sub1.

admin:utils network host dor-cucm-sub1
Local Resolution:
dor-cucm-sub1.localdor.com resolves locally to 10.69.1.3 (DOR-CUCM-SUB1.localdor.com)

External Resolution:
dor-cucm-sub1.localdor.com has address 10.69.1.3

admin:utils network host 10.69.1.2
Local Resolution:
10.69.1.2 resolves locally to DOR-CUCM-PUB.localdor.com

External Resolution:
2.1.69.10.in-addr.arpa domain name pointer dor-cucm-pub.

its look ok to me i cant see any problem here.
i see that there is bug in cisco "CSCvo01169" that talk about that, i asked from the customer to check about that, but in still want to be sure that it not another problem.

anyone see isuuse like that?

is there more than one A record associated with that IP Address? Do they both have PTR records?

 

If there is, remove the one that does not match the hostname and create a CNAME record instead.

this is the first think that i check, i saw post about that but im not found any duplicate of A record or PTR.
