I install CUCM 14 cluster .
I config SSO in the cluster with my windows 2016 ADFS.
Now when i enable the SSO , when i test the user ,i get this response:

HTTP Status 403 – Access to the requested resource has been denied

Message: Access to the requested resource has been denied
Description: http.403
the AD ADFS CA all in one VM , the ADFS already connect the Cisco IDS.
The test user is on the CUCM , use LDAP sync .
in CUCM the user has standard super user .
