CUCM 4.2(3) WWW servc stops intermittently- Cannot administer CUCM via Web

Recently we receive the errot in the event viewer

"The World Wide Web Publishing Service service terminated unexpectedly "

whne this happens we are restarting the service. We have recently added about 2 more administrators that use Call manager. Has this happened to anyone else?

These event messages are being generated by the Indexing Service and you can just ignore them. These are cosmetic and there is no action required to remove them.

I should have mentioned in the thread, but what is happening is we cannot access teh CCMADMIN Webpage until we stop and start WWWW

This is happeneing more frequently since we have added more administrators

I had a similar problem with CCM 4.2(1) and i solved with an upgrade to 4.2(3)sr3a. When this issue started, I apgrade to 4.2(3)sr1a and it didnt work, so if you have the same version, go directly to 4.2(3)sr3a.

We are actually running CUCM 4.2(3)ES41 (we need this for some IPIP Gateway issues)
