Hello,
A customer, asked to me if is it possible create new 3 different accounts to logs-in in to the server Win 2K3.
The customer would permit the log in only using personal accounts avoiding the Administrator user
Thank you in advance

MLA is just enabled.
I would mean create 3 different accounts to log in on Win 2K3 server and then log in on Call Manager Administration.
If I log in on Server 2K3 using administrator account everything's work well ( also using MLA user ), instead if i use a diferent account it doesn't work and pup up an error.

When MLA is enabled the credentials no longer are the ones from the server, you need a separate set of credentials that are configured via the directory and then added to MLA as admins.
Also if MLA is enabled the administrator account is no longer used for CCMadmin, you use CCMadministrator as the user.

With MLA enabled i dont use the old Admministrator anymore.
I use the new one CCMADMINISTRATOR and the new password.
But if i logged in on Win2K3 server with my personal account ( and not the administrator ) it appears the following pop-up
I verified and the new accounts have the right privileges

I'm a little confused about this?
What would be the purpose of those accounts??
To manage windows, SQL, DCD, etc?
Or just to manage CCMAdmin?

I try to make you an example:
Before:
Win 2K3 Log in:
User: Administrator
Pwd: passmeall
CUCM Administrator Log in:
User: administrator
Pwd: 20mm10pwd
After:
Win 2K3 Log in
User: mcappelli
Pwd: pwd_capp
CUCM Administrator Log in:
User: marco_cap
Pwd: pwd@cap
---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
I created the user mcappelli and I gave it the administrator role
I created the user marco_cap on CUCM and I gave it the rights and associated at the Functional Group Configuration
I hope it helps you.
Thanks
