CUCM 6.1.2: need phone inventory w/ serial num

I have looked at the reporting tools in CUCM 6 and figure out a way to retrieve serial numbers.  Selecting all details does not include serial numbers.   Is there a way to do this?

Yes there is a way but is not a Cisco Tool, is the Serial Grabber this software will retrieve this info about the ip phone:

IP Address

Phone DN

Serial No

MAC Address

Model No

I made a test with the following ip phones 7911, 7941, 7961, 7970, 7962 and it works. You have to put the network range that you wanna do a scan and the software will find the ip phones on the network.

Something like this?...  Has Serial Number info and more...

Third party product  - though not free, you can ask for a free trial, download it, and run the report.  No handicapped software limits - only limitation is time period of trial use (15 days initially).

Could also try this if you’re using CUCM ver 9+

Will give you an audit/inventory of the phone's and lines configuration on the CUCM as well as the MAC and Serial of the phones .. free is well :-)
