Question: When integrating CUCM 6.1(3) with Microsoft AD, is there any way to flag accounts in AD that you do not want intergrated into CUCM? for example sevices accounts the client has in AD but does not want intergrated as a user in CUCM.
thanks!!

CUCM will pull all the users that are under the USer Search Base(s) you configure, you would need to have those users in an OU that is not configured to sync with CUCM
Newer CUCM versions will contain enhanced filter capabilities for this.

The AXL SQL Toolkit under Application, Plugins can be used to set an LDAP filter. It's painful to figure out, but does work.

There's a way, but not easy way.
You may use AXL SQL Toolkit to set a LDAP filter for CUCM LDAP Sync.
This is not something you want to mess with. You'd better open a TAC case for that.
